For sale is a Tektronix TDS620A 2 channel, 500mhz, 2gs/s oscilloscope. When doing initial testing it appears to work as should but does fail that part of the self test. The unit is in good physical condition however it fails the signal path compensation. Look at the pictures to see error log.
