Tektronix model OF150 fiber optic tdr, I don't know much about these beyond the theory of operation and dont have anything to test with it verify function. It did print the screen once out of many tries. When you push the record button display goes out and comes back on when release it. Comes only with what you see in the pictures, unit and power cord.

I found the manual online. The printer prints but does not appear to be printing the way it should. I'm not sure this is supposed to happen. There is almost a whole spool of paper loaded in the printer.

The knobs and switches all seem to work physically, none are frozen or sluggish, the self cancelling button groups do just that. It powers up.
