I checked that all four inputs are functional, along with basic trigger/offset etc. For this reason I am listing the item as for parts, although besides it appears to be operational. The volts /div knob has a problem, when you turn it, the setting jumps around randomly instead of slowly adjusting linearly as it should. Outset works properly.
