It is very rare. It is briefly mentioned in twig but the only literature I have been able to find online just mechanical parts list on. This listing is only for the power supply. This might not have been used very much if at all.

This is not an isolation transformer, just autotransformer. If you plan to use this power one of the 500 series Tektronix oscilloscopes should be fine except that 555 and 556 are close or exceed rating. The main component is a power stat autotransformer rated at 1000 watts VA per the nameplate shown on one of pictures. Appearance is very good.

It is nicely metered. It has a plug on the back that any extension cord will fit. When the meter switch is in e-out position it reads ac voltage that unit providing, up to 140 vac. Nothing but the unit itself is for sale.

When the meter switch is in e-line position it reads ac voltage from your wall outlet. It indicates that production started in 1964. Pictures in both positions are provided.
