The Tektronix 4032 DPO Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope is a high-performance, versatile instrument designed for advanced measurement and analysis of electronic signals. With a bandwidth of 350 MHz, this oscilloscope offers an impressive frequency range capable of capturing and displaying signals up to 700 MHz (when using the 50 termination). It comes equipped with a 12.1-inch high-resolution (1440 x 1024) active matrix color TFT display, delivering clear and detailed waveforms for easy analysis.
The Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope (DPO) technology used in the 4032 allows for enhanced signal representation, offering multiple triggering capabilities including automatic, normal, and delayed triggering. It also supports advanced triggering options such as pattern trigger, video trigger, and external trigger, enabling precise capture of complex signals.
The 4032 DPO features a built-in digital signal generator, providing an extensive set of capabilities to generate and analyze various types of signals (sine, square, pulse, ramp, pulse-width modulation, and more). Additionally, it includes an integrated function generator that can generate waveforms with adjustable frequency, amplitude, and duty cycle.
Furthermore, the 4032 DPO includes advanced analysis tools such as CurveTrace, Math functions, and Signal Statistic calculations. CurveTrace allows for the display of XY plots, enabling the analysis of the relationship between two signals. Math functions include common mathematical operations like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and averaging. Signal statistics provide statistical information like mean, median, standard deviation, and peak-to-peak values.
Additional specifications include 1 GS/s sampling, 2 GSa/s real-time acquisition, 16 digital channels, and up to 16 analog channels. The instrument offers a standard interface for communication with external devices, including GPIB, RS-232, LAN, USB, and Ethernet.
The Tektronix 4032 DPO Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope is an indispensable tool for engineers, technicians, and researchers involved in the design, development, and testing of electronic circuits and systems. Its powerful combination of high-speed data acquisition, advanced analysis tools, and versatile connectivity options make it an essential piece of equipment for any laboratory or test bench.
