The manual packaging has been opened, but is in pristine condition. Despite its cosmetic condition, the scope is being sold as-is. This Tektronix 2235L is in pristine condition. I don't know if the scope has ever been used or not, but either way, this is best looking 2235L you'll find.

The scope itself doesn't have a single scratch on it has likely never been removed from the plastic sleeve, as is front cover. The accessory package which contains the probes is still sealed. If you do not see it in the photos, is likely included sale. The ac cord is unraveled.

The bottom line is this. Its a 37 year-old piece of electronics that's likely never been turned on, and its highly it will need some level service before can be used. That includes manuals, packaging, power cords, etc.
