I have not had the time to troubleshoot this unit so can guess why it won't power up. From my collection, this scope worked last about 15 years ago. The ground wire on the probe has cracking insulation and natural-rubber power cord started to return its natural state. However, it would not power-up for this listing.
It has been keep in air-conditioned rooms/ storage its entire life.
