Used Tektronix low voltage power supply board from a working T922R rack mount oscilloscope. Scuffs scratches oxidation dust and wear. Transformer has p/n 120-0994-02 on it. May be the part number for transformer only?, only numbers on board are g-5799-04 and 670.
Last photo shows scope this came from. This is the low voltage power supply, it not high unit used to drive CRT.
