Does not come with a manual I have included two different types of test probes, sure if they even go this, but do the same plug-in, one is bk Precision model pr 32 probe sharp, pointed tester and an alligator clip. Unit is approximately 17 inches deep by 13 wide 6 tall. Unit looks to be in good condition, except for minor scratches and vintage usage, the handle has been broken off.
