I obtained it at an estate sale where was set up in a garage appearing to be unit that current use, but that's as far can honestly go, so please assume may need some work safe. Cosmetically, it looks pretty good for its age-potential slight yellowing of plastic from age, but I did not attempt to clean this vintage item, either. The interior tab on one corner is broken pic provided, but front seems to snap into place despite this. Please see pics for further and condition.

I do not know enough about this item to test much further, plus have any tubes with which. Of course to start, this item has a great vintage look. I plugged it in, and the red indicator light came on.
